  • For three years, I’ve been gearing up towards writing, recording and releasing my next studio project. I’ve finally come to the decision that I’ll record most of the tracks at home, and half at Chicago’s Electrical Studios. This might take another few months, another year, who knows. But money figures into a big part of the equation.

To be able to produce and release a recording is a fundamental, vital exercise for any musician. I want to be able to share my new work with listeners who have stood by me through my artistic journey and attract new listeners as well.

For those of you who don’t know my work, you can download my 2004 EP here:

I’ve been lucky enough to have been gifted with a day of recording at Electrical. A second day would be helpful for additional tracks. This could be the deciding point between releasing an EP and releasing an album.

A day of recording costs $650. If donations are made towards this sum, you will be rewarded with a pre-ordered copy of my new recording. You can donate any amount you’d like, but $10 would be the average cost for an EP.

Make a contribution to independent music and to one artist’s project—-and receive a disc eventually in the mail!
