You guys are hilarious, they don’t HAVE to give you free wireless, it costs them LOTS of money too. Just think, what if I came to your house demanding that I get free internet?

I was really surprised when I discovered that Starbucks did not offer free Internet services. I have been going to a different coffee shop whenever I need an Internet connection but would be willing to stop purchasing entirely from Starbucks if tipping point is reached.

What does it cost to drip a wifi connection? Supposing it costs them $150 a month for the connection and support with 300 customers a day it would cost less than .02 per customer. And I assuming the best and worst of those two figures in SB’s favor....Read More

This is outrageous and just does’nt make business sense, think about it Starbucks..Free internet means more customers, staying longer, buying more drinks..its a no-brainer..What are you Borders!!!
